ANZAC SERVICE 2015
We then walked down to the Memorial where we laid our classroom wreaths and listen to the Last Post.
We also were very luck to have some special men visit us. They were Returned and Service Men that helped with war preparation and service in the Army and Navy. We listened to them share their stories of war and time as a soldier.
We Will Remember them.
MATARIKI 2015
On Wednesday 24th June 2015 we got on the bus and went to the Wairoa Community Centre.
At the Community Centre we learnt to dance to some cool songs. The songs were Uptown Funk, Beyonce and Turbo Boost, and a few fast dance song.
The dance moves were hard but really fun. We got to do all four dances at the end.
We can go to the Matariki activities on Friday night if we want too.

We have accepted the challenge from the Wairoa A & P Show to design and decorate the rubbish bins. We have been hard at it designing ideas and prints to paint on to the bins.
The theme is Keeping Wairoa Clean.
We will keep you posted on how we are getting on and the final product.
